The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for driving increased efficiency of the Talent Acquisition (TA) life cycle by developing and implementing processes and operational improvements with a substantial focus on technology enablement, compliance, data management, and reporting. This role will support the systems and tools that underpin recruitment efforts, analyze various performance metrics, and ensure the recruitment function operates smoothly and effectively and in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition operations, talent acquisition technology, data reporting, and process improvement, with a focus on enhancing candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
Optimization & Efficiency:
Support the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a streamlined and efficient recruitment process; serve as the primary point of contact for TA-related operational questions and issues.
Evolve, implement, and maintain recruitment processes, tools, and systems to optimize productivity and service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of TA processes.
In partnership with HR Operations and HRIS, review and identify enhancements to the Applicant Tracking System (Workday ATS) and other recruitment-related technology platforms, ensuring they are optimally configured and fully utilized by the TA team.
In partnership with HR Operations and HRIS identify CRM needs to better enable candidate engagement and sourcing.
In partnership with HR Operations and HRIS, engage in future state CRM & ATS requirements gathering, candidate engagement, process design, CRM vendor selection, technology implementations, oversee TA UAT on new technologies, partner on third party integrations.
Research and provide insights into available Talent Acquisition technology and trends; provide training and support to recruiters on the use of technology and reporting tools.
TA Insights & Analytics:
Design, manage, and deliver comprehensive TA reports and dashboards that provide insights into key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring, and candidate pipeline.
Monitor and analyze recruiting data to ensure data integrity, identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Aggregate and distribute regular usage and status reports for all tools and technology utilized by TA team.
Work closely with TA leadership to provide data-driven recommendations that align with business objectives.
TA Compliance & TA Process Management:
Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable global laws, regulations, and company policies; Collaborate with Legal/Risk to determine and align requirements, control points and governance for projects and initiatives.
Ensure proper data integrity and compliance within all recruitment systems and reporting tools.
Maintain and enhance TA process documentation, process flows and procedures (i.e. TA Blueprint, recruiter checklist, TA SharePoint)
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and vendor performance is aligned with company goals.
Monitor TA KPI’s and collaborate with TA leadership to ensure satisfactory delivery.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to align operations with business goals and strategies.
Partner with HR Operations to ensure alignment around TA related operational activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, technology and reporting, or a related field, with strong knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices
Proven expertise in recruitment data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR platforms; Workday proficiency strongly preferred.
Strong experience in CRM functionality, design, and optimization.
Familiarity with diversity recruitment metrics and programs is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
This role is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Salary Range
$100k - 160k base salary, plus annual bonus target
