We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant (TA coordinator) to support our regional TA team in delivering seamless hiring experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across our recruitment processes, from candidate onboarding to data reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems and metrics, and is passionate about enabling smooth collaboration between local and global HR teams. Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant (TA coordinator) will be responsible for supporting the administrative backbone of our recruitment process. Key responsibilities include requesting onboarding documentation from candidates, tracking weekly new hires, and reporting this data to local HR and payroll teams. This role will maintain candidate records in Workday, ensuring timely and accurate dispositioning, and will monitor our KPI dashboard to share monthly results with the Mexico team.
The role will also support candidate sourcing and pooling for recurring profiles, assist with active job openings when needed, and help plan engagement events with universities to strengthen our talent pipeline. This position will contribute to the design and coordination of training programs for hiring managers and candidates, focused on process readiness and experience quality. Additionally, the assistant will build and maintain a library of job descriptions and recruitment templates, and partner with our global TA operations team to identify and implement process improvements across our ATS and workflows.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help drive operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
