Talent Acquisition Manager

Tomorrow.io is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts across multiple business, sites and technical functions. This role blends workforce strategy, hiring operations, and high-quality candidate experience to help us build teams that enable Tomorrow.io’s mission at global scale. This role will start as IC and will develop to lead a team of TAs.

The TA Manager’s mission is to design and deliver a hiring engine that attracts, selects, and secures top talent aligned with Tomorrow.io’s values and business goals. This includes shaping talent strategies, implementing AI strategy, driving execution across all stages of recruitment, and ensuring an inclusive, high-trust experience for candidates and hiring managers. Ultimately, this role ensures we bring in exceptional people who can execute our strategy, innovate boldly, and accelerate the organization’s long-term success.

Please note that this position is a hybrid role, and the team collaborates in person twice weekly at our HQ in Boston. 

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning and role scoping through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing top talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring capability, align on expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline while continuously improving quality-of-hire and reducing time-to-hire
  • Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, identify trends, and optimize recruiting processes
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to leaders across SaaS Applications, G&A, Weather, Space, and Go-To-Market teams by anticipating talent needs and proactively shaping hiring plans
  • Continuously refine recruiting operations and practices to scale with the business and support long-term growth

What you bring:

  • 5+ years as leader of in-house, full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Talent sourcing expertise across multiple channels and markets
  • Strong understanding and consistent use of AI and Automation tools
  • Background in competency-based interview design and assessment
  • Experience with data-driven hiring analytics (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, forecasting)
  • Advanced proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting tools
  • Bonus Experience:
    • Space industry experience
    • Global hiring experience (e.g. Europe & Asia)

The anticipated salary range for this role is $120k-$140k subject to local market and candidates skills and experience.
