Resourcing Business Partners are a critical operational leadership role within Group Resourcing and own full accountability for hiring and operational delivery excellence in their business area and lead
Workforce strategy development with full accountability for formulating the annual hiring plan in conjunction with the HR Business Partners (Country or Specialism) and key business stakeholders
Executing against the annual resourcing plan and fulfilling the long-term resource requirements of the business – right people, right place, right time
Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to deliver best in class resourcing solutions
Responsible for working with all of the resourcing function to deliver and efficient and effective resourcing solution that meets the needs of Capita.
Provide relationship management with key resourcing partners, ensuring services are optimised to enable the successful delivery of resourcing
Operates in a matrix environment both within Resourcing and between Resourcing and the Divisions and is therefore a key interlock between key members of the people function and the operational business
Responsible for building stakeholder relationships with Divisional and Functional Leadership teams around the future growth, challenges and resourcing expectations across the division.

Coaches and influences senior members of the People Function, business leaders and team in developing a best-in-class strategic hiring process with ‘experience’ front of mind in which Capita operates, including the transition and transformation from a local operating model into the Group operating model Uses exceptional consultative, collaboration and communication skills to develop relationships with senior functional and divisional stakeholders to enable quality resourcing delivery Leverages data and market insight to drive data driven strategic hiring Leads Capita’s focus on ED&I hiring best practice, proactively challenging the team and the business against the principles to deliver our ambitions in diversity and quality with every hire at scale. Owns the execution of the resourcing framework (within their area of responsibility) enabling the resourcing team to do their best work. Works collaboratively across functions and stakeholders to understand future landscape of resourcing within their area of responsibility Drive and role model an inclusive leadership approach that creates a team culture that radiates outwards to the business. Ability to develop business cases and related return on investment
