The HR Advisory Oversight team is waiting for you to enrich our team’s lives and represent us on various mandates! More specifically, you will be required to:
Support Centres of Expertise and Specialized Services
Take charge of interventions required for managing and monitoring employment-related practical risk across the organization
Identify issues and opportunities to ensure that HR initiatives and programs with organization-wide impact integrate seamlessly into business environments
Advise and influence HR positions and strategies, representing both HR advisory and, at a high level, the specific needs of business sectors
Coordinate support requests from Centres of Expertise and ensure proper follow-up
Promote the transversal model through HR Rendez-vous sessions, developing and sharing content in a collaborative format
Support HR Advisory
Provide perspective and validate positions related to programs and initiatives
Act as a specialist for HR advisory teams
Contribute to enhancing the skills of HR advisory teams
Develop and propose strategies, tools, and frameworks for HR advisory.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in an HR advisory role
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of employment-related risks
