Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience, while leading a small team of individual contributors in daily full cycle recruiting activity
Partner with Talent Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with business strategy
Provide people leadership and management, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and development of recruiting team members
Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and market trends, offering data‑driven insights and recommendations
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, technology, and service delivery
Anticipate business, regulatory, and workforce challenges and proactively assess their impact on recruiting strategies
Communicate complex recruiting concepts clearly and effectively across functions and leadership levels
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, requiring guidance only in highly complex or escalated situations
Perform additional duties as assigned due to business needs
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field preferred
Experience
5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with demonstrated management experience is required, including leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams
Workday experience is highly preferred, particularly in recruiting and reporting functionality
Experience in recruiting operations roles within the Title industry or a closely related industry is preferred
