The Team: We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to manage and develop a team of skilled Technology recruiters supporting strategic hiring initiatives across S&P Global's Americas region. The Impact: This role is critical to driving S&P Global's technology talent strategy across the Americas, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional candidates who bring both technical expertise and a global enterprise mindset to our organization. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality talent solutions that are both time and cost-effective. The position involves regular collaboration with senior Technology leadership, C-suite executives, and key business stakeholders across multiple divisions. You'll gain exposure to a sophisticated, consultative recruitment environment spanning various technology disciplines, from software engineering , AI, data science to cybersecurity and infrastructure, while contributing to strategic workforce planning initiatives that extend beyond traditional recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters while maintaining hands-on recruiting responsibilities for senior director and VP level technology positions
  • Execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies from the firm across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market dynamics
  • Provide strategic market talent insights and competitive intelligence to senior technology stakeholders to inform hiring strategies and compensation decisions
  • Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders, finance, and people partners to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Develop and implement talent attraction and branding strategies to elevate our technology brand and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry
  • Drive initiatives to increase internal mobility by partnering with People Partners, Talent Manager, Career Coaching and hiring managers to identify and develop internal candidates for technology roles
  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to create compelling presentations that drive decision-making and influence outcomes with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain strong understanding of S&P Global's business and industry, effectively conveying the Employee Value Proposition to external partners and candidates
  • Regionally develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, building strong relationships and maintaining a robust talent pipeline
  • Structure and negotiate complex compensation packages including buyouts, sign-on bonuses, and incentives for senior and executive level technology roles in close partnership with People Partners, Compensation teams, and senior leadership

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Proven track record recruiting for senior-level technology positions, director level and above, across multiple technology disciplines including software engineering, AI, data science, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics and data visualization tools to create presentations and influence business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies such as Workday or similar platforms, and proficiency with professional networking tools
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities to develop team members
  • Executive presence and confidence when presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, changing business environments
