We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end interview scheduling, coordinate with internal stakeholders and candidates, manage documentation and background verification (BGV) processes, and support hiring drives. Proficiency in Workday ATS is mandatory for this role.
Interview Coordination & Scheduling
Manage end-to-end scheduling of interviews (virtual, onsite, and panel discussions) across multiple time zones.
Send interview invitations and confirmations to candidates and interviewers via Workday ATS and calendar tools (Outlook/Google Calendar).
Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics.
Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact between recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and closure of interview rounds.
ATS & Documentation Management
Manage candidate data and interview progress in Workday ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collect and verify pre-joining documents and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding activities.
Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV) processes with vendors and internal teams.
Hiring Drive Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute weekday and weekend hiring drives, both virtual and in-person.
Coordinate logistics, interviewer availability, candidate communication, and drive reporting.
Prepare and share post-drive summaries and reports with the TA team.
Operational Excellence
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the TA team.
Assist in maintaining metrics and reports related to interview scheduling and hiring drives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination or HR operations.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Workday ATS.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, especially during hiring drives and peak recruitment periods.
Experience coordinating high-volume or campus hiring drives.
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
Exposure to HR compliance and onboarding processes.
