Talent Acquisition Coordinator

What you will do-  

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator contributes essential support to the USCAN & Global Functions Talent Acquisition recruitment team. This individual provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and qualified.

The coordinator will aid in preparing interview packets for hiring teams and assist with scheduling or other administrative tasks to allow the recruiters to focus their time and efforts on sourcing, interviewing, and requisition management. The role is critical in reaching our talent attraction and hiring goals and will help us execute on hiring efficiencies, brand building, and time to fill aspirations.

How you will do it-  

  • Assist with candidate interviewing and travel details.
  • Manage the pre-employment process for new hires with Clarios’ preferred vendor to initiate, monitor and complete background checks.
  • Update trackers or other project planning items related to our strategic projects. Identify and escalate any problem areas within the hiring process to help with efficiency metrics.
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates when needed and as workload allows.
  • Process candidate reimbursements, work with procurement and A/P to get new vendors set up properly for payment and POs issued and paid.

What we look for

Required 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent of 4 years of relevant work experience is required. Degree in HR or closely aligned area of study is preferred.
  • Experience with HR, hiring best practices, legal aspects of hiring is highly desired and beneficial to include regulatory requirements and the overall recruitment process and best practices in social, interviewing, ATS, KPIs and common metrics.
