Workforce Analytics team is a part of European Consulting Team which provides best in class organization and people consulting services to clients around the world. We serve as trusted advisors to our clients on a wide range of issues with direct business impact; we enable our clients to develop organizations that help attract, engage and motivate their workforces.
We will count on you to:
Structure, merge, clean data from clients, and prepare data for analysis
Perform advanced statistical analysis, including regression modelling, using different technologies
Prepare reports that summarise and explain analysis results in the specific client context
Work on project teams collaboratively with project management ownership
What you need to have:
A Ph.D. and over 3 years of experience or a Master's degree and over 5 years of experience
Experience working with structured and unstructured databases, conducting regression and time-series analyses independently
Compensation & benefits experience or consulting experience
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to identify small errors and their causes
Previous experience in generating stories around complex data and presenting them to a small group of people with diverse views
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients
Ability to work with little guidance on complex work steps
Ability to manage many schedules and priorities simultaneously
What makes you stand out:
Excellent programming skills in R or Python
Degree in quantitative fields, such as statistics, business analytics, economics or I-O psychology
Project management experience
Ability to explain complex statistical concepts and technical findings to non-technical audiences and participate effectively in a client facing setting with varied interactions, requests, and diverse countries and cultures
