Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a junior role within the HR Shared Services team, providing hands-on support to DigiCert's global recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or TA career who is organised, detail-oriented, and energised by working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment. You will be the operational support behind our hiring activity — keeping the candidate pipeline moving, scheduling interviews, maintaining our ATS, and ensuring every candidate has a great experience from first contact to offer.

This is an evening shift role (16:00 – 01:00 SAST), primarily supporting Americas and Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) hiring activity. You will be the key TA operational resource during US business hours and early APJ coverage, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery across time zones.

This is a 8 month fixed term contract position.

 

What you will do

  • Create and post job requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring all approvals and details are in place
  • Schedule interviews across all stages, managing calendars and coordinating across global time zones
  • Send candidate communications including confirmations, reminders, and joining instructions
  • Maintain and update canned response templates in Greenhouse for candidate-facing messaging
  • Provide AMS and APJ coverage for TA queries and ensure a seamless handover with the broader HRSS team
  • Support the TA team with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and reporting as needed
  • Manage day-to-day ATS (Greenhouse) hygiene — updating pipeline stages, dispositioning candidates, and keeping records accurate
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements and flag shortlisted candidates for recruiter review
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards to build active pipelines
  • Support the TA team with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and reporting as neede

 

What you will have

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or in a TA coordination role in a global or multi-region hiring environments (preferred)
  • Passionate about Talent administration
  • Familiarity with an ATS — Greenhouse experience is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a busy team
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Ability to work the 16:00 – 01:00 SAST (Monday – Friday) shift reliably, including handover responsibilities

  • Tool Experience: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse Recruit and Onboarding, ADP, JIRA, Hire Right(advantageous)
