The key purpose of this role is to provide proactive, solution focused HR support across the business. You will work closely with managers to build capability, support effective people management, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
You will act as a trusted adviser to managers across a wide range of employee relations and HR activities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. This is a hands‑on, varied position where you will also contribute to wider HR projects and strategic discussions.
