The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of a fun and skilled in-house Warsaw-based recruitment team for the EMEA Cluster and will be supporting various markets.

In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring manager and candidate experience with great communications and practical logistical support to meet the company’s needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a point of contact to deliver a best in class experience for candidates and hiring managers at all levels.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday, including posting of requisitions via associated sourcing tools, offer management and hiring process completion.

  • Provide 1st level CV screen on requisitions to TA specialists.

  • Ensure that all relevant communication to managers and candidates are sent out during the recruitment process.

  • Negotiate and schedule interview dates with the hiring manager and candidates and check for room availability.

  • Maintain regular follow ups with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.

  • Manage candidate interview sign-up process & prepare interview schedules; troubleshoots any problems that arise from on-site interviews.

  • Ensure all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols completed including medical and reference checks for all new hires as well as, psychometric tests and background checks when required.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree is desirable

  • Fluent English language skills is a must have.

  • Any additional EMEA language is advantageous

  • Previous similar working experience is advantageous

  • Excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.

  • Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • Highly-engaged team member

  • End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable

  • HR administration or scheduling experience would be a strong asset

  • Experience working with recruitment technologies (Workday is a plus)
