Your role at Clorox:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant acts as a Clorox “Talent Magnet,” leading the end-to-end recruiting process by building bold sourcing strategies, driving effective screening and interviewing, guiding hiring managers to successful offers, and leveraging strong networks and TA tools to connect top talent to Clorox opportunities. This role requires strategic execution, analytical strength, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with Functional Leaders and HR representatives.In this role, you will:
Leading the end-to-end recruiting process as the single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates—managing timelines, priorities, requisitions, sourcing, interviews, compensation reviews, and offer acceptance.
Acting as a strategic partner and creative consultant by building strong relationships with hiring managers and functions to identify internal and external talent solutions.
Meeting or exceeding all TA SLAs and Recruiter Scorecard metrics (e.g., time to fill, time to submit first candidate, direct sourcing, disposition rates, LinkedIn usage, and HM/candidate satisfaction).
Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure full compliance, timely communication, and accurate monthly reporting.
Partnering with TA Leadership to design and execute recruiting strategies and build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and locations.
Leveraging networking skills to build strong relationships with external organizations and professional associations to attract top talent to Clorox.
Driving continuous improvement in TA processes with bold thinking and innovation.
What we look for:
8+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting processes within international industrial companies and/or reputable executive search firms.
People management experience.
Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes across U.S. and international locations.
Advanced / bilingual English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong leadership and influence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Service- and client-oriented mindset.
Active listening.
Persuasive and effective negotiator.
Analytical thinking and sound judgment.
