Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst who is communicative,  highly organized, and passionate about building strong interpersonal relationships. 
Working closely with our hiring managers, this role will ensure a smooth and effective hiring process, creating a positive candidate experience and helping us attract top talent.

Responsibilities
- Act as the guardian of the Recruitment and Selection policy, guiding, supporting, and advising managers throughout the entire hiring process.
- Ensure alignment with hiring managers on timelines and hiring quality.
- Post job openings and keep the careers page updated.
- Promote the company’s culture and values at every stage of the recruitment process, strengthening our employer brand.
- Expand talent attraction channels through partnerships with universities and community groups.
- Proactively source potential candidates and maintain an updated talent pipeline. 
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews focused on culture fit and required competencies.
- Monitor talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to support hiring decisions.
- Support recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
- Facilitate a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees. 

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology , Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment and selection, with strong command of competency‑based interviews.
- Advanced English proficiency (will be tested).
- Comfort working with data and performance indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for tech or gaming companies.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
- Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
