Crewing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all operational units within their scope are consistently staffed with qualified and competent offshore personnel. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date shift plans to support seamless operations. The role also involves managing and updating HR systems to reflect current crew assignments, personal data (including compensation) and other compliance requirements.
As a primary point of contact for offshore employees, the Crewing Coordinator provides guidance and support within established company policies and procedures.
This position plays a key role in coordinating crew changes, mobilizations and demobilizations, assisting training with the scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards required in the rig’s location.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain continuous dialogue and collaboration with Rig/Rig Management and HR Advisory in location
Serve as the primary contact for all employees assigned to rigs within the area of responsibility, including international and local offshore personnel
Ensure designated units are manned according to Noble Drilling requirements at all times - Arrange short-term or emergency crew coverage
Maintain and update shift plans and crew rosters
Collaborate with various departments regarding offshore crew compliance, payroll and employment
Ensure all personnel matters comply with the Employee Handbook, local/labor laws and agreements with HR Advisory support
Verify and approve invoices related to Agency employees and other manning costs
Collaborate closely with HR Advisory on rig mobilizations/demobilizations, and practical arrangements for personnel movements
Prepare various reports related to absences and personnel costs
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all crew-related activities and events in HR systems, as applicable
Our requirements
Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent, preferably within relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
Excellent English communication skills (min. B2/C1)
Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices across the organization
Structured and well organized, with strong attention to detail
Ability to take ownership, work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility, responsiveness, and pro-active attitude
