About The Role

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to help shape our high‑performing workforce and support the growth of our Construction business.

In this role, you’ll support the Construction Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and delivering recruitment activity across our projects, including delivering our construction worker hiring. Working closely with our Construction Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders, you’ll help deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience while building practical recruitment capability within a fast‑paced construction environment.

You’ll play a hands-on role in sourcing, screening and hiring site-based talent, while contributing to broader recruitment initiatives and gaining exposure to end-to-end recruitment across the construction portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment delivery support: Assist Construction Recruiters with end-to-end recruitment activities, from job set-up and advertising through to interview scheduling and offer processing, compliance checks etc

  • Sourcing support: Use job boards, talent pools, referrals and basic proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage suitable candidates.

  • Candidate management: Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Employer brand support: Assist with updating job ads and sharing approved content to help showcase Lendlease as an employer of choice within the construction market.

  • Recruitment administration: Maintain accurate data and candidate records in our recruitment systems, supporting reporting and process efficiency.

  • Stakeholder support: Build effective working relationships with site teams and hiring managers, escalating risks or issues to senior recruiters as needed.

The role supports inclusive recruitment practices and helps ensure fair, respectful and accessible candidate experiences for all applicants. You will also contribute data and market insights to support workforce planning for projects and bids, providing input as part of strategy development.

About You

This role would suit someone early on in their recruitment career either from internal or agency background.

  • Experience recruiting in a fast paced environment, ideally high volume and/or construction

  • Good stakeholder management and the ability to build long‑term, trusted relationships

  • A solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

  • Confidence working with data to drive insights and inform hiring decisions as well as support governance and compliance

  • A positive, resilient approach and comfort working through transformation and change

  • Experience supporting a mobile workforce and leveraging a wide range of sourcing channels and internal talent pools
