As an HR Service Delivery Associate Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the new hire and leaver processes, managing employee life cycle processes, ensuring smooth operational activities. You will report directly to the DACH Service Delivery Lead and you will have the below responsibility:
New Hires and Leavers:
o Execute operational activities for New Hires
o Support and manage transactions related to terminations (e.g. voluntary, garden leave, mutual agreements, retirements) and related offboarding steps
o Ensure timely and accurate documentation is provided and filed appropriately
· Administer and manage employee life cycle processes including for
o Austria: Employee Certificates, Reference Letters, Confirmation Letters, Care Time, Parental Leave, CBA related compensation updates, and Changes in Employment
o Switzerland: Reference Letters & T&A system (Primion) 3rd line support / reporting/ retroactive corrections/time schedule creations; B permit forms signing
· Prepare to take over and support future related One-Way Transfers / International Assignments / Localizations / Repatriations operational processes in Switzerland & Austria
· Partner closely with local HR Business Partners, Global Talent Acquisition, and the Service Center to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.
· Working with digital archives/employee files
· Maintain high-quality daily operations while identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes
· Actively participate in HR projects and process/automation initiatives; contribute to building a scalable, sustainable HR operating model

Qualifications
Required
University degree in a relevant field
Relevant experience in HR operations & shared service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in German & English
Preferred
Experience with HR processes in Austria and Switzerland
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
