Employees in charge of securing talent engagement by contributing to one or several missions below:
- Implement internal HR communication strategy (incl. development of concepts and materials) and support corporate communication cycles (eg. Annual, quarterly, monthly announcements, events etc)
- Manage HR communication team and budget
- Manage corporate conferences and events
- Manage and implement the talent attraction strategy (including tools and channels) and lead talent attaction initiatives (materials, job fairs, university programs…)
- Broadcast the EVP and employer branding social media activities
- Develop the EVP and employer branding
