Role Overview
 

We are looking for a high-potential Talent professional to join the Talent Performance Center of Excellence (COE). This role will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance management processes across the firm.

Why This Role

This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of people strategy, and performance while enabling business leaders to make informed talent decisions. You will help shape the firm-wide Talent Performance charter as we evolve and move towards a future focused performance management process.

Responsibilities
The individual will play a critical role in driving key talent initiatives in the Talent Performance domain which will include but not limited to:

  • Support end-to-end execution of the annual performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, and calibration processes.
  • Assist in preparing performance insights, analytics, and leadership dashboards to enable data-driven talent decisions.
  • Partner with HC teams and stakeholders to drive adoption of performance frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Support governance and quality reviews of performance inputs to ensure consistency and fairness across Lines of Service.
  • Contribute to development of process documentation, playbooks, and communication toolkits for leaders and people managers.
  • Assist in managing announcements, leader enablement sessions, and employee communications related to performance programs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Working understanding of performance management frameworks and related processes
  • Program management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and business narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with dashboards and people data.
  • High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience & Background

  • 2–4 years of experience post MBA / Masters in Human Resources/related field
    Experience working in Talent COE roles, HR transformation teams, or people strategy functions.
  • Exposure to performance management process and systems, Analytics and designing processes.
  • Experience in a large corporate or professional services environment is preferred.
