As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us find, attract, and hire talent to support our internal clients. As a Coordinator, you’ll join our team of administrative SMEs who support the recruitment process by ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring leader experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide HR administrative support to recruiters, TA leadership and TA operations to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
Schedule interviews across multiple time zones as needed
Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates
Maintain accurate data in the ATS
Support offer letter generation, background checks (including right to work and tax documents), and onboarding tasks
Document and maintain procedures repository on our SharePoint site
Support TA Operations Program Specialist with audit, compliance, and new system enhancements
Provide candidate sourcing support as needed to recruiters
Assist on reporting, metrics, and analysis of the team’s performance
Support employer branding campaigns and talent community projects
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of previous administrative proficiency, preferably within the Human Resources and Recruitment space
Knowledge of local laws and policies related to talent acquisition
Solid knowledge and experience of applicant tracking or recruiting information databases; Workday ATS experience preferred
Passion for organization and prioritization
Experience with scheduling tools and background check solutions
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience
