Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Talent Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership and day-to-day guidance within the Talent team. Reporting directly to the Recruiting Manager and working closely with the Recruiting Liaison to support effective recruitment delivery. The aim of this role is to maintain team performance, ensuring process adherence, and supporting consistent, high-quality output.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery against hiring targets and timelines.
- Support the Recruiting Manager by helping to execute team priorities and maintain focus on production and quality.
- Monitor team workload and flex capacity as needed to meet immediate hiring demands.
- Ensure recruitment processes and standards are followed, raising risks or gaps early and escalating appropriately.
- Identify potential delivery issues or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements within established guidelines.
- Mentor and support team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job guidance.
- Address behaviours that negatively impact productivity or collaboration, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Recognise and reinforce strong performance, contributing to a culture of accountability, motivation, and results.
- Partner with the Recruiting Liaison when needed to ensure clarity around process, expectations, and delivery requirements.
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with recruitment goals and performance expectations.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience leading talent teams.
- Previous experience in talent delivery, recruiting operations role would be ideal.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and workflows, ideally within high-volume or delivery-focused environments.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and influence peers, even without direct managerial authority.
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to give clear feedback and manage sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain consistency under pressure.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify issues early and work within agreed frameworks to resolve them.
- Appreciation for structure, standards, and quality, balanced with flexibility to meet delivery needs.
- Collaborative working style, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools; ability to interpret basic recruitment metrics is a plus.
