· Lead Tier 3 capital project studies including driving each stage gate review, supporting site, and M&S decision making process
· End-to-end capital project delivery for projects up to €5M including initiation, feasibility, design, execution, C&Q, handover, & close-out
· Monthly capital project reporting on all project KPIs for safety, cost, schedule, and resources
· Adherence to all mandatory Sanofi and local & regulatory compliance standards and policies, including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP, and FDA regulations/standards
· Foster a safety first, quality always culture throughout the project implementing SMS 2.0 and TRT ways of working
· Ensure staffing of all engineering project resources and align cross-function strategic workforce plan to delivery projects
Lead and support project sourcing and 3rd party contractor & supplier management
