Role Responsibilities -
As a Specialist, you will deliver software solutions and provide rotational, shift‑based production support while collaborating with global Nasdaq teams.
L2/L3 production support for Linux‑based environments and applications.
We perform deep‑dive troubleshooting and RCA for application, OS, and infrastructure issues.
Linux system administration and troubleshooting (CPU, memory, disk, I/O, processes, networking)
We proactively monitor, detect, and resolve production issues using monitoring and observability tools.
Experience in crafting deletion and troubleshoot of AWS EC2 instance and EBS volumes
Hands‑on ownership of AWS production environments, including: EKS / Kubernetes (application & cluster troubleshooting)
Knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, FSX services Batch processing and state machines
An equal opportunity to manage & Troubleshoot Kubernetes and EKS Applications and clusters.
An exposure to work with Terraform to lead and maintain AWS infrastructure as code!
Performing Application Deployments using puppet, Ansible Gitlab and bit bucket as per Change Management Processes.
Develop and integrate process automation tools using Bash/Python.
Awareness and Solid grasp of Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI concepts
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
Work will be Rotational shift-based to support European and North American business hours!
Weekends: Minor Critical Deployment Support | Rotational On-Call once in 8 Weeks. Timings are indicative only and should be flexible to accommodate as per changing business needs.
