Systems Engineer I

Job Summary:

Provides onsite and remote desktop support to end users across physical, virtual, and mobile platforms. Installs, configures, and supports applications on approved operating systems and platforms. Supports peripheral devices such as printers and scanners. Provides infrastructure support for warehouse and logistics projects, and collaborates with other support teams to restore services and resolve issues.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients.

  • Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution

  • Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets

  • Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution

  • Maintains site documentation and maintenance records

  • Provides IT infrastructure support for warehouse and logistic projects

  • Contributes to desktop and laptop software upgrades and refresh initiatives

  • Work with third party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Job Level Specifications:

  • Has basic knowledge of relevant technologies and industry practices gained through education or related work experience.

  • Works on defined tasks, assignments, and projects.

  • Works mostly independently, using judgment to complete tasks, with initial guidance and periodic review for quality.

  • Collaborates with immediate management and team members within the department


Work Experience:

  • Typically, less than 3 years with bachelor's or equivalent.

  • Experience in Azure cloud services, Intune device management, and Microsoft Copilot adoption


Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.


This headcount will be required to travel to multiple office sites to provide support

(Aljunied, Changi, Loyang)
