Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Systems and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Directs others and research processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design.
  •  Interprets and translates highly complex requirements into functional specifications.
  • Leads and performs activities to develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6 + years’ Experience in data analytics
  • 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience with information technology, data analytics, and/or system architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system
  • 5+ years of experience working with Compass Contract, MESci, IBI (Cognos) systems
  • 1+ years of experience do you have in program or project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with or supporting BDS programs and/or divisions
  • Experience with R&D disciplines across technologies (i.e.: Infrastructure, Application, Computing Security, and/or System Integration)
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with BDS Strategy organization
  • Experience working across multiple Engineering disciplines and Digital Enterprise

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $168,300 - $205,700
