Whether or not you serve in a clinical role, every Cleveland Clinic team member is a caregiver. As a Systems Analyst I, your caregiving begins in the office by supporting efficient workflows, system functionality, and technical operations. In this role, you will provide support for all aspects of Microsoft Power Platform while participating in the design, build, and maintenance of custom business applications and automations. You will coordinate license provisioning and assignment, and maintain a working knowledge of environment configuration, security best practices, and emerging technology advancements.

A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada to be considered for this role.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for the Power Platform environment.

  • Facilitate adherence to best practices in security, storage and license management.

  • Apply user and process licenses.

  • Create, configure and maintain environments based on departmental needs.

  • Monitor performance of the Power Platform tenant including space allocation, performance tracking, analytics setup and configuration and overall health.

  • Provide training and troubleshooting support for citizen developers and pro coders.

  • Document processes and application builds for future reference and continued solution integrity.

  • Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation.

  • Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain high level of quality work in a stressful environment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required  

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience  

  • OR High School diploma/GED, successful completion of ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience 

  • OR Bachelor’s degree 

  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of hire 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certifications

  • Experience in a healthcare environment 

  • Microsoft power fx (Microsoft excel functions and equations) 

  • Understanding of logic flows

  • Understanding of cloud computing

  • Understanding of development of CoPilot agents and use of CoPilot Studio

  • Knowledge of basic JSON fundamentals for troubleshooting 

  • Strong self-direction and self-learning

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. 

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
