In the role as System Test Engineer, you will manage system test in in some of our product development programs to provide data and transparency on technical maturity during the product development process.
At our Headquarters in Ballerup, you will join the Systems Integration and Verification team in Development Center Hearing, part of the R&D department. We are a diverse team of specialists, and you will work across the 400+ people organization to ensure that our advanced technology and new innovative product features work across our advanced hearing aids system.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Be instrumental in understanding the overall system maturity and quality, from early development and up to launch
Work closely with the development teams and other stakeholders to create an overall strategy and plan for testing across the products and platforms to be integrated in the development program
Ensure execution of agreed plan for system test and providing transparency on progress and results
More specifically, your key tasks will include:
Participating in the product development program from scoping, through requirements setting, development, verification, and to release
Preparing system test plan for the scope of a development program, defining the strategy and execution plan
Contributing to identifying needs for new system test capabilities and supporting with definition of these new tests.
Continuously reporting and providing visibility on system test status and results
Supporting implementation of company's user-centric, and data leveraged strategy within R&D, and continuously working with other stakeholders to improve our ways of working.
Supporting with other tasks within our Systems Integration and Verification team

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:
An Engineering education, or similar
A background as test engineer, software developer, or as system architect, and experience with development of complex products and systems
Experience in technical project management
Collaboration skills needed to work with the teams and work across functions and borders within an international organization and to bring people together to find great solutions.
The ability to combine practical operational aspects with strategic thinking
Attention to details
The ability to operate effectively when priorities shift rapidly and to adapt to new requirements.
Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
