System Support Analyst

Reporting to the IT Site Lead, the IT System Support Analyst will be responsible for optimizing employee productivity by effectively supporting desktop applications and services under the Infrastructure & Operations team. The position will also be the primary contact for day-to-day IT support for our on-site and remote users. The person must be comfortable and able to support high demanding profiles (Executive). This position is also a technical hands-on role supporting various regulated applications (GxP and G&A systems).

The successful candidate will be part of the Operations Team, responsible for supporting BeiGene's employees, contractors, and vendors in a Windows Enterprise environment.  This candidate must be a team player but as well as being comfortable working on its-own. He will serve as a primary person for Executive IT support and run on-site or remote meeting.

Essential Functions of the job:

Technical Support

  • Must be well versed in Windows 11 and Office Suite

  • Troubleshoot issues related to InTune and MDM.

  • Must have experience troubleshooting conferencing platform and equipment such as Zoom, Teams & Polycom A/V.

  • Build, configure, maintain (patch), repair, and manage new and existing employees' systems.

  • Sound Knowledge of change management, user support, and service desk methodologies.

  • Manage and provide system administration support of a growing list of enterprise infrastructure applications.

  • Support and management of:

  • Laptops, and mobile devices (Windows/ Mac OSX, Android, iOS, or similar).

  • Shared resources such as printers, shared workstations, conference rooms and projectors

  • Remote user support via phone and remote management tools

Customer Service:

  • Executive Support experience is a must.

  • Familiar running Town-hall like event.

  • Ability to translate IT into user friendly language.

  • Sound administration and interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact in a team environment.

  • Ensure the Service Level Agreement performance standards are met.

  • Coordinate with various IT groups in resolving incidents and fulfilling requests based on established guidelines.

  • Has a high degree of diplomacy with the ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view.

  • Proactive behavior when faced with pending or potential service issues.

  • You are autonomous, willing to learn and develop your skills and are looking forward to prove your team-spirit to your future colleagues

  • Positive attitude and “never give up” work ethic

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • None

Education/Certifications/Experience: 

  • You own a CFC, ES or equivalent diploma in IT

  • 4+ years of experience as a Support Specialist/ System administrator / Executive Support

  • Fluent in English, any other language will be a big plus

Computer Skills:   Windows 10, Office 365, AWS, SCCM, Intune, MDM, Active Directory, Polycom

Other Qualifications:  Service Now, Remedy, or other ITSM tools.
