We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity with the Pharma Technical Supply Chain Logistics (PTSL) department, focusing on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management, data analytics, dashboard management, and sample management process ownership. This role will play a key part in ensuring data visibility, driving data-based discussion, providing insights to PTSL leadership, and supporting the transition of multiple dashboards to the Global Insights and Analytics team. This role will give the opportunity to work with PTSL-LT members closely aiming for operational excellence - make the existing dashboards and KPI review process more user-friendly, streamlined, and operational efficient.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Own PTSL performance metrics reports, ensure the preparation and update of key metrics on a regular basis. Incl. Backlog Radar, Finished Goods Inventory Health, Finished Goods Adherence to Plan, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
Deliver insights on month-to-month metric changes to PTSL-LT
Work closely with the team to understand operational requirements, streamline the current KPI management process, and translate them into automated solutions.
Act as the technical process owner to maintain, enhance, and automate global sample handling processes.
Understand and document the various data sources, update frequencies, and logical relationships between different data sets. Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms & datasets.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Engage with the supply chain professionals to gather feedback, translate business requirements to the Global Insights & Analytics team, and ensure the dashboard could effectively facilitate efficient operations.
Provide training and support as required to maximize the effective use of dashboards.
To succeed in this role, you have the following:
Proven experience in data management, data analytics, and automation.
Strong understanding of Excel/Gsheet (e.g. Excel Formulas, Pivot Tables)
Basic understanding of Supply Chain.
Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills with strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Previous experience in KPI management or related fields is desirable.
Basic understanding in relevant programming languages and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel VBA) and strong understanding of database structures, data sourcing, and data integrity is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
This role is designed as a 12-month program.
