System Analyst (Workday Implementation (Accounting Focus)

Do you enjoy translating complex financial processes into smart system solutions? Are you excited by large-scale implementations and working at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT? If so, this role could be a great fit for you!

What will you do:

Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT) to gather and analyze business requirements related to Workday Financial Accounting module in functionalities.
• Design and configure processes integrating Workday and other solutions to support accounting and reporting processes in the Group.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design and process documents.

Accounting & Finance Integration

• Ensure Workday and other system configurations align with accounting principles and compliance requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Support integration of Workday with other financial systems (e.g., consolidation and reporting systems).
• Validate financial data flows and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute tests and scripts for Workday and other system functionalities.
• Perform system validation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshoot issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• Act as a liaison between finance teams, IT, and external consultants to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on Workday and other system functionalities.

Continuous Improvement & Maintenance

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and assess impact on existing configurations.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with financial processes and accounting principles.
• A natural curiosity and ability to translate financial and accounting concepts into clear, structured system solutions.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Project Manager.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
