About your team

The Technology function provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, investment, compliance, finance, legal, marketing and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day-to-day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation. The Central team comprises systems development and support specialists that provide support to departments such as HR Services, Finance.

About your role
The position is for an experienced Workday Integration (Primary) and Extend Developer (Good to have hands-on) in the Corporate Enablers - CPO Technology team and will primarily be focussed on Integration and Extend Apps support and development for Workday Human Capital Management/Core HR, Absence management, Benefits, Compensation, recruitment, Performance, Time Tracking and Talent management functions.

  • Expertise/ Hands on experience on report development using report writer & Integration development using EIB, cloud connect/core connector including payroll interface, DT and Workday Studio. Good knowledge of XSLT and XML.
  • Good to have Experience in (good to have but Not Mandatory, preferred) Extend apps Dev and Support.
  • He will also participate in application development and support of critical in-house HR applications. Responsibilities will include analysis, design and production. Implementation along with support for all these applications.

Essential Skills:

  • 4-6 years of overall IT experience with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration and Extend development (Good to have).
  • EIB, cloud connect/core connector (including payroll interface), DT and Workday Studio, Workday Reports, calculated fields, XSLT, Workday Docs, BIRT, Business Process.
  • Workday Integration certified preferred and Extend Certified Preferred but not Mandatory.
  • Exposure of workday version upgrade activities.
