We are looking for SW Analyst Developer to retain critical know how in the GIX team.
What you will be responsible for
As SW Analyst Developer you will
Provide technical support as the first point of contact for the office manager by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the IMA procedure and the AS400 platform
Performing technical analysis on the IMA application and related software programs
Providing oversight of the Application Management service provided by external vendors
Preparing Software releases using the standard State Street tools (i.e. SNOW, JIRA, TURNOVER, etc.)
Performing software developments in coordination with the other team members and external vendor
Meeting with Business to collect and coordinate new software requirements, or modification of current software processes
Providing information to Audit or other IT departments, in coordination with the IT management
Maintaining working knowledge of technical problems and software issues
Learning new software skills
Collaborate with other IT teams dealing with projects
Provide technical support and solve problems
Oversee software development and Software installation
