KBR is the prime contractor on the Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) contract. The MSEIT program provides leading-edge Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) services and expertise for the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) and United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC). We conduct operations and sustainment (O&S) activities for state-of-the-art Military and Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) systems, providing global secure, survivable and protected communications for our Nation's warfighters.
KBR is seeking a motivated, effective and dedicated Sustainment Stakeholder Integrator to join the Sustainment Integrated Product Team (IPT), supporting SSC and AFNWC Program Management Offices (PMO) located at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO. The successful candidate is an experienced, dynamic and proactive team member that will effectively perform stakeholder integration and executive assistant activities with the MSEIT Sustainment IPT, government customer and mission partners. Key Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Directly interface with IPT management, Sub-IPT Leads/Deputies and teammates across the MSEIT Sustainment IPT, government customers and mission partners to ensure battle rhythm/cadence continuity and synergy
• Direct, coordinate and manage MSEIT Sustainment IPT task creation, execution, completion and product(s) delivery on behalf of IPT management
• Execute established government and corporate administrative processes such as onboarding/out-processing of new teammates
• Coordinate official travel planning, execution and assessment activities for the MSEIT Sustainment IPT while maintaining established budgets; manage IPT supply requisitions and budgets
• Proactively identify and address process improvement areas and deficiencies; develop, coordinate and implement solutions that best meet organizational objectives
• Create, review, publish and manage high-quality documents and products supporting MSEIT Sustainment IPT operations and contract actions
• Interpret, coordinate and implement corporate policies and procedures in accordance with requirements
• Establish and maintain collaborative, productive and effective cross-functional relationships within the MSEIT Sustainment IPT, government customers and mission parters; embrace and promote team-building
• Prioritize and self-manage work with minimal supervision; work autonomously with internal and external customers, corporate teammates
• Coordinate, facilitate and host Capability Integration level meetings (i.e., Project Management Reviews [PMR], Product Improvement Working Groups [PIWG], User Days)
• Perform administrative event support such as coordinating attendee lists and Visitor Access Requests (VAR); preparing event execution, including setup of room, slides, collaboration tools/applications (e.g., MS Teams, SVTC, etc) and other call audio/visual requirements; coordinate Information Technology (IT) technical support (government and corporate) and corporate security protocols to facilitate proper handling of classified meeting materials as applicable

Qualifications:
Required:
• DoD Secret clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant area
• Experience working with military and other government representatives, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) representatives, prime and sub-contractors
• Possess critical thought/analysis and business discretion while supporting senior program leadership
• Exceptional oral and writing communication skills
• Outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience leading/facilitating large community-wide meetings, in-person and virtually
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic team environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with multiple government and corporate stakeholders to produce outstanding results
• Commitment to continuous process improvement and ownership of efficient and effective solutions
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and proactively implement solutions while using good judgment
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior-level executives and their assistants in a professional manner; proactively anticipate government and corporate administrative needs
• Facilitate open and honest feedback, help meet MSEIT Sustainment IPT and organizational goals and promote a collaborative and productive team environment
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience supporting senior military leaders at the O5/O6/GS-15 level
• Understanding of basic budgeting and execution of corporate funds (e.g., travel budgets)
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
Basic Compensation: $47,000 - $69,000 in Colorado
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
