· Assist in the preparation of non‑financial and sustainability disclosures for the Annual Report and Accounts, as well as other Group publications.
· Assess compliance against reporting requirements (e.g. Companies Act, TCFD, ISSB) and ensure alignment with internal reporting expectations.
· Gather, consolidate, and validate non-financial information from internal stakeholders across the business. Contribute to the development and enhancement of data collection processes, systems, and controls.
· Support with the preparation of detailed reporting plans and tracking of progress against these, communicating progress and any risk of delays to management.
· Coordinate with external parties that support the reporting processes, including the external auditor, legal counsel, and design agencies to ensure accurate and timely reporting activities.
· Keep abreast of reporting developments (including analysis of peer reporting) and provide recommendations to management on activity to develop reporting processes and outputs.
· Assist in the coordination and delivery of verification activity across our reporting to ensure that reporting is accurate and supported by documented evidence.
· Provide insights to internal stakeholders to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Ability to understand and interpret legislation and non‑financial reporting frameworks (e.g. UK Companies Act requirements, TCFD, ISSB S1 & S2).
· Confidence engaging with internal teams (Finance, Communications, Sustainability, HR, Risk, etc.) and ability to collaborate across geographies and functions.
· Strong organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines, and capability to escalate risks and delays appropriately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and share knowledge with the team to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Conduct real-time and historical transaction monitoring and flag potentially suspicious transactions.
• Conduct level 1 transaction monitoring alert reviews and discounting.
• Manages conflicts that may impact delivery
• Challenges upwards given knowledge of delivery and awareness of complex systems and the broader picture
• Identifies and anticipates need for changes to continuously improve quality and efficiency of output
• Manages resources and risks using expert judgment, know-how and experience
