Surgical Case Coordinator

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday 3pm - 12pm

Rotational on-call responsibilities

What you will do -

  • Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers
  • Builds relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites.
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
  • Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker’s customers
  • Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced.
  • Direct contributor toward strategic operations/logistic or inventory plans and programs.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain.
  • Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day.
  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

What you need -

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant/professional experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. 

Preferred:

  • Related field such as Transportation or Supply Chain Management preferred. Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment. 

  

 

$29.42 - $40.69 USD Hourly

  

 

Travel Percentage: 10%
