We are currently looking for a Sup de Distribucion to join our team in A1 Plant
 

A Day in the Life:

• Preparation of standard route sheets, analysis of alternative routes, and rules of action in process deviations.
• Interview and hire new employees under your responsibility (drivers), including training and operational assignments.
• Creation of logistics schedules and increase route efficiency performance.
• Reengineering of logistics flow and implementation/usage of Fleet Management System.
• Inbound Logistics Control Tower main contact, audit and review of the integral maintenance process.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

• Engineering or bachelor's degree related (Industrial/Business Management or similar) or higher.
• 1 year of experience.
• Domestic logistics and shipping coordination.
• Project management (Gantt scheduling), milestone execution/supervision.
• Incoterms knowledge, CTPAT & OEA regulations, KPI establishment.
• Supply chain management, cross docking, direct and milk run logistics schemes.

Desired:

• Learning, self‑confidence, initiative, adaptability, personal motivation.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
• Competencies: Problem solving, communication, decision making, business awareness, negotiation.
• Nissan Way thinking.
• Valid visa and passport (desirable).
