In this role you will:
Serve as the initial point of contact for IT related issues and requests
Perform client hardware and software trouble-shooting and repairs
Ensure reported issues and requests are documented and resolved in a required period
Work with second level support to promote issue resolution
Ensure hardware and software inventory changes are documented
Contribute to technical knowledge base content and accuracy
Perform client equipment hardware upgrades and exchanges
Perform client equipment setups, relocations, and removals
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
2 years of related experience or equivalent education, training, or experience
Excellent customer service skills
Technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to resolve technical issues promptly
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Strong written, verbal and organization skills
Willingness to remain on call, travel, work overtime and on weekends when necessary
Preferred qualifications:
A+ certification
3+ years working in a support center environment
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $27.13 - $33.52 Per HourTexas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
