The scheduled hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor Support Services - OR works directly with the Business Manager and coordinates activities and resources which promote efficient functioning of support activities for the O.R. These services include fiscal, personnel, administrative, Materials Management and Computerized Data Management activities.
Coordinates and supports the inventory acquisition for the Operating Room. The Support Services Manager works collaboratively with the O.R. management team to create an environment for excellence in patient care and demonstrates leadership behaviors which empower staff to deliver excellent patient care. In the absence of the Business Manager, the Supervisor Support Services will assume the responsibilities as outlined in the Business Manager Job Description, and may assist in additional projects and activities that assist in meeting unit needs and goals, as delegated by the Business Manager.
