Support Operator

As a Support Operator, you will perform the daily operational activities required to keep our plants running reliably and consistently. You will support material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization to ensure uninterrupted production line performance. You will also contribute to service shop operations, ensuring materials, components, and tools are available when needed.
You will play a key role in maintaining operational stability, supporting production teams, and ensuring that warehouse processes meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Performing daily warehouse operations to support reliable and consistent production line flow.
Receiving, storing, picking, staging, and issuing materials for production and service shop activities.
Operating forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and completing cycle counts as required.
Ensuring proper organization, labeling, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.
Supporting the movement of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
Identifying material shortages, discrepancies, or operational issues and escalating appropriately.
Coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
Completing daily operational logs, checklists, and documentation.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reliability.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or service shop environment.
Have knowledge of material‑handling processes and warehouse best practices.
Be able to operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment (certification preferred).
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Show good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Have a proactive, safety‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Possess basic computer skills for inventory and documentation tasks.
