About the role
 

We are looking for a Support Officer Logistics to join the growing team on a permanent full-time basis.

As an Grovers Rural Support Officer Logistics, you will provide logistics support to the Branch Merchandise team, including receiving and dispatching stock in a safe manner. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

As a Support Officer Logistics you will:

• Provide a complete delivery service for getting rural products to clients.
• Perform the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock in a safe manner.
• Assist with stock take and other rural products logistics support activities as needed.
• Assist with general day to day requirements of the business, e.g. Point of sale, upkeep of warehouse and yard.
• Have opportunities to grow and further develop your career in Agriculture.

About you

To succeed at Grovers Rural, you will have; 

• Delivery service experience within the local area (preferred). 
• Basic knowledge of general merchandise products and safe storage & handling practices. 
• Customer Service skills (desirable). 
• A driver’s license and truck licence 
• A Forklift License, or the willingness to become licensed after undertaking training offered by Elders
