As a Support Coordinator you will share in our values such as Customer Always and Everyone Matters, providing our participants with ready access to supports so that they can live independently and achieve their goals.

We will set you up for success with specialised training, regular coaching sessions, and an experienced team who will support you along the way.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.  Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Ability to be flexible as there is no typical day in the life of a Support Coordinator,

  • Able to assist with the setting up of service agreements, preparing plan reviews, conducting risk assessments,

  • Attend care team meetings and critically, providing support should issues arise.

  • Work autonomously as you will have the freedom to plan your day, with a focus of providing support to your customers.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following

  • Proven experience in Portfolio and Stakeholder Management 

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Some understanding of the NDIS and associated legislation would be advantageous
