What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and deploying Business Logic Infrastructure (BLI) rules in support of events and case creation for connected customers.
  • Responsible for understanding Sulis and Brools - the new rule writing tool to replace the existing solution for BLI rules. Be able to develop Brools rules in support of events and case creation for connected customers.
  • Responsible for learning SIBER - an Elastic based tool that is used to measure events and case creation performance for the Connected Support Tools Team.
  • Develop Discover views and Dashboard using SIBER in support of business partner's requirements.
  • Maintain existing performance and KPI dashboards as needed. 
  • Grow domain knowledge of the products supported by the Connected Support Tools partner solutions, which includes Insight Remote Support (IRS) OneView Remote Support (OVRS) Compute Ops Management (COM) and HPE Performance Cluster Manager (HPC) to evaluate events and case creation performance.
  • Provides technical support for SIBER as requested by users or submitted through slack channel for support questions.
  • Help to manage new users onboarding into SIBER as needed.
  • Produces new improvement opportunities for analysis and/or business logic rules through analysis of data in SIBER. 
  • Works as part of a high-performing team through collaboration and partnership across the full Connected Support Tools Team. 
  • Has a desire to explore AI opportunities for all activities within the team, including new product onboarding, event analysis, case creation and early product quality issue detection.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Has knowledge of Java
    • Has the ability to work with business partners to clarify requirements
    • Has some domain knowledge of compute, storage or networking devices
    • Understands the basics of HPE's services business, including call center operations.
    • Has ability to drive resolution of problems Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve customer/service delivery business problems.
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to have a technical with business partners and/or other Team Members
    • Ability to work with a geographically distributed team to meet expected deliverables in a timely manner.

    What you need to bring:

    Education and Experience Required:

    • 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total).
