Major Duties:

  • You will process receipt documents of Stock, Direct Turn Over, and Material turned into Stock through the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in accordance with the procedures.
  • You will take corrective measures as required to correct discrepancies in accordance with desk guides and procedures.
  • You will conduct extensive and exhaustive database searches to retrieve and use data in response to various questions.
  • You will review, research, and resolve reports of non-deliveries, losses, damages, discrepancies, and computer generated rejects.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a thorough knowledge of supply regulations and policies to perform assignments related to maintaining property accounts and records, completing individual transactions, providing customer assistance, screening reference files, conducting date searches, and distributing output files. Specialized experience must reflect the following:1) Entering and correcting supply data into database to create reports;2) Searching for reconstruct records and supply transactions to provide supply operations support;3) Maintaining inventory control of equipment and updating records to produce reports;4) Tracking equipment utilization, assignment, and material labor inputs in accordance with organizational standards.
