About the role 

We are now seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to join the Planning team and play a key role in supporting the Materials Planning and Supply Planning teams by providing accurate, timely reporting and developing automation solutions to streamline administrative activities. This role ensures data integrity, improves process efficiency, and supports decision-making through insightful analytics.

What you will do 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for Materials and Supply Planning teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, material availability, and production schedules.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support planning decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify & lead opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks within planning processes.
  • Design and implement automation tools (e.g., Excel macros, Power BI dashboards, or other relevant systems).
  • Collaborate with planning teams to ensure automation solutions meet operational needs.

Data Management

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data across planning systems.
  • Support data cleansing and validation activities to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues impacting planning performance.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Materials Planning and Supply Planning teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with IT and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and automation projects.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency.

Your skills and background  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Ability to develop automation solutions (e.g., VBA, scripting, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
