That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In Short, the Part-Time Supply Chain Support Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across supply chain operations while supporting vehicle readiness, vendor payments, and compliance standards. This position is detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring accuracy and consistency across high-volume administrative and quality assurance tasks.
In long, the Supply Chain Support Administrator will be responsible to:
Review, validate, and process a high volume of vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure invoice details align with repair documentation, and approved standards.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain organized and accurate electronic records for audit and reporting purposes.
Review digital images of vehicles to verify adherence to established repair and reconditioning standards.
Confirm required repairs have been completed and documented appropriately.
Flag inconsistencies or missing documentation for follow-up.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring quality trends.
Conduct QA reviews of GPS installations to confirm proper installation, functionality, and compliance with company guidelines.
Verify installation documentation and ensure system accuracy.
Report installation issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for resolution.
Enter and maintain accurate data across internal systems and tracking tools.
Support reporting needs by ensuring timely and precise updates.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support Supply Chain operations.
The Requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
1+ year of experience in administrative support, data entry, operations, or supply chain environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow standardized processes and work independently.
