This is a recruitment for a replacement due to the retirement of the person currently working in this position. The Supply Chain Management Department is responsible for logistics management related to our electronics products. Starting with customer requests, the main duties involve negotiating delivery dates with our product manufacturing department, OEM contractors, and suppliers, and managing these negotiations. Within this department, the order group serves as the customer order contact point, so it is necessary to improve and demonstrate "communication skills" that contribute to productivity and customer satisfaction in order to meet customer delivery dates. Furthermore, in this position, we expect the person to not be limited to the above duties, but to promote the efficiency of our entire ESM supply chain, including production and container management.

職務内容

Duties & Accountabilities

1. Processing product orders from EL customers nationwide and IM customers in the Kanto region

• Maintaining order processing operations and data integrity
• Optimizing delivery date management and inventory allocation
• Addressing customer and industry-specific requirements
• Compliance and risk management

2 -Order processing at our own factory and to suppliers

• Execution of order placement and manufacturing instruction operations
• Delivery date follow-up and progress management
• Optimization of inventory levels
• Supplier management and cost awareness

3- Coordinating delivery dates with customers, suppliers, and related departments.

• Accurate responses to customers and expectation management
• Reminders and follow-ups with suppliers and manufacturing departments
• Prioritization decision-making (allocation)
• Synchronization of information between relevant departments

4 - Coordination with suppliers regarding shipments

• Specification and optimization of delivery locations and routes
• Adjustment and standardization of delivery times (slots)
• Management of compliance with delivery conditions
• Anomaly detection and initial response (within normal range)

5 - Depot product inventory management

• Monitoring inventory trends and managing replenishment triggers
• Correcting deviations from appropriate levels (alert response)
• Directing inventory transfers between locations (horizontal transport)
• Managing inventory freshness and preventing stagnation

6 - Suggestions for improving safety and reliability

• Proposal for visualization of business processes and error prevention (Catch)
• Improvement of the reliability of information transmission (communication security)
• Coordination to ensure logistics and on-site safety
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency

7 - Customer contact point (reporting complaints, requests, etc., to a supervisor)

• Responsibility for initial response and situation assessment
• Responsibility for appropriate escalation (reporting and consultation)
• Responsibility for progress management and response until resolution
