Your key responsibilities
● Supply & Demand Planning:
Manage supply planning parameters and monitor inventory levels to balance supply with demand.
Lead regular SOP meetings with Sales and Marketing to review forecasts and mitigate risks such as stock-outs or excess inventory.
● Order & Distributor Management:
Oversee order fulfillment for local distributors and manage end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
Act as the primary contact for 3PL warehouse operations to coordinate inbound/outbound schedules and ensure accurate logistics flow.
● Inventory & Data Management:
Oversee the material lifecycle by maintaining accurate master data in SAP. Monitor inventory health by analyzing slow-moving, short-expiry, and obsolete stock to optimize working capital.
● Logistics Quality & Claim Handling:
Manage logistics exceptions by filing claims for shipping damages, short shipments, or temperature excursions (cold chain deviations).
Coordinate with global vendors and insurers to resolve discrepancies and minimize supply disruptions.
● Procurement & Reporting:
Execute purchase orders (PO) and monitor shipping schedules from global hubs. Prepare SCM KPI reports, including forecast accuracy, service levels (OTIF), and inventory turnover.
Who you are
Education & Qualification
● A Bachelor or Master Degrees in Logistics or Logistics related subjects
● Proficiency in both spoken and written English
● Good command of MS office software application
● Familiar with SAP system in MM and SD modules
Experience & Competencies
● A minimum over 3 years’ experience in supply chain operations & distribution.
● SAP experience in operation at least 1 years
● MS operation / Presentation skill
● Planning, Organizing & Commitment
● Customer Oriented & Relationship Management
● Communication Skill
