You'll manage complex supply chain projects, optimize inventory levels, analyze data to improve performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. This position offers the opportunity to implement effective solutions, support process improvements, and contribute to our operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Governance Specialist serves as a lead point of contact between divisions and corporate governance for strategic alignment of supply chain processes. This role drives governance execution, process standardization, and performance visibility through data-driven leadership. The senior specialist leads cross-functional projects and ensures executive readiness for governance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage KPI governance across key metrics including Inventory Above/Below Entitlement, Slow-Moving Inventory, End-of-Life Inventory, Delivery, and Quality.
  • Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely, reliable business insights.
  • Facilitate Workstream, Steering Committee, and Executive Meetings, ensuring clear accountability and action tracking.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and trackers to monitor progress, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to balance cost efficiency and product availability.
  • Identify and mitigate excess or obsolete inventory risks through proactive analysis and collaboration with Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
  • Lead or support projects that deploy new tools, capabilities, and process improvements across the supply chain.
  • Serve as a liaison between divisions, corporate governance, and analytics teams.
  • Communicate insights and progress effectively to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance process efficiency and data visibility.
  • Share best practices, support onboarding activities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent preferred
• Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced planning tools
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL)
• Proven experience managing cross-functional improvement initiatives and projects
• Experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device) preferred
• Experience implementing process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and metrics
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to build consensus and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
