Leading supply chain disruption response and coordinating recovery actions across a variety of sites and departments to maintain operational continuity
Scenario planning and business impact analysis with a focus on stock availability and customer impact
Optimizing stock allocation to minimize customer disruption
Establishing and maintaining response playbooks and communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure preparedness and timely recovery
Developing and implementing early warning systems, leveraging existing tools or creating new ones
Identifying and assessing supply chain risks together with cross‑functional teams and defining targeted mitigation actions
Driving root‑cause analysis and ensuring closure of corrective actions by the responsible stakeholders
Acting as a main interface between Customer Service and Operations (no direct communication with Customers or Suppliers)
Serving as a single source of truth regarding disruptions and risks, proactively informing stakeholders
What will convince us
Completed university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Operations with experience in Supply Chain Management, in an international environment
In depth understanding of supply chain processes and a strong customer mindset
Strong analytical background and advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to interpret complex data and scenarios. Knowledge of modelling techniques is a plus
Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Experience in leading projects/workstreams is a plus
Proficiency with handling and extracting information from SAP (PP, MM, SD). Knowledge in analysis programs like Celonis, Tableau, SAP BW, Signavio is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with and influence multiple cross functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to remain effective under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
Motivation to step into a role with ownership and visibility
Fluency in English (German and/or French is an asset), along with a willingness to travel globally (max. 20%)
